Refund and Returns Policy

Your 30-Day Return Option

Eligible return requests must be submitted within 30 days after delivery. To qualify, an item must be returned in the condition received, with its original packaging and any included accessories or documentation, unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Return Instructions and Quality Issues

Start a return by emailing mmanjulathummoju@gmail.com with your order number, the item or items involved, and the reason for the request. If a return is approved, we will provide the return instructions and, where applicable, label information. Please do not send an item to a third-party address or to an address from another merchant.

If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us promptly with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging when available. We will review the information and provide the appropriate remedy.

Items Not Eligible for a No-Reason Return

Items specifically identified as final sale, personalized, made to order, or otherwise non-returnable before purchase are not eligible for a no-reason return, except where required by law. This does not limit rights you may have for a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.

When Approved Funds Are Returned

After we receive and inspect an approved return, we will notify you of the result. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to post the refund.

Before and After Shipment

Cancellation requests must be sent to mmanjulathummoju@gmail.com as soon as possible. We can cancel an order only before fulfillment or shipment has begun. If an order has already shipped, the return process above applies.
